You are responsible for the security of a live SAP landscape. The attacks have already started.

Cyber Defence Command is a browser-based simulation built by CaroKahn, the UK SAP Security and Controls advisory. Each round presents a realistic security scenario and a set of responses with genuinely different risk postures. Cautious moves cost more of your limited budget; aggressive moves are cheap until the consequences arrive. Six defence elements of your estate - from Data Classification to Compliance and Audit Management - rise and fall with every decision, alongside live Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability meters and a strip of stakeholders reacting to your judgement.

Three ways to play. SOLO works through scenarios at your own pace. CAMPAIGN chains fifteen rounds into a narrative arc where early decisions change what comes later - starting with The Breach Response, and unlocking Security Transformation and Under the Regulator as you prove yourself. FACILITATE runs the whole thing as a two-team workshop with side-by-side scoring, which is exactly how we use it with client teams.

Three difficulty levels. ANALYST is guided, with risk hints and no timer. MANAGER hides the hints and gives you ninety seconds to commit. EXECUTIVE brings complex dilemmas, a sixty-second clock and delayed consequences - decisions that look fine today and detonate three rounds later.

An AI security mentor, if you want one. Connect your own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google and the mentor reviews your decisions in plain language: the pattern it sees, the security principle in play, and the question an auditor would ask you. Your key stays in your browser and goes only to the provider you chose. Entirely optional - the game is complete without it.

Honest outcomes. This is not a quiz with right answers. Most successes come with a "however". The simulation is built from patterns we see in real ERP security work, and it rewards judgement, not memorisation.

How it works

Cyber Defence Command is hosted at apps.carokahn.com - nothing to install. Activate once with the licence key from your purchase email; your licence covers up to five devices, and the app tolerates up to a week offline between background licence checks. All game data stays in your browser on your device. Nothing is sent to CaroKahn.
