Pyramid of Priorities App - Productivity Edition

The Pyramid of Priorities – Productivity Edition is an interactive HTML tool that helps busy professionals cut through noise and focus on the work that truly moves the needle. In just a few minutes you translate scattered tasks, projects and goals into a clear visual pyramid so you always know what to do next and what can safely wait. Use it daily, weekly or for major initiatives to make better trade-offs, protect deep-work time and reduce the mental load of "everything feels important".

What you'll be able to do with this tool

- Turn a messy to-do list into a clear visual priority stack in minutes.

- See at a glance which work is truly strategic versus merely urgent.

- Protect deep-work time by choosing one top priority for today.

- Use it alongside your existing task manager – it sits above the tools you already use.

- No logins, no subscriptions: the app runs in your browser at apps.carokahn.com, and your data stays on your own device.

How it works

The Pyramid of Priorities now runs as a hosted application in your browser at apps.carokahn.com – there is nothing to download or install. When your order completes, your licence key arrives by email within a minute or two. Visit apps.carokahn.com/pyramid/, enter your key and the email address you used at checkout, and the app activates on your device.

What's included

- Pyramid of Priorities – Productivity Edition – the full interactive prioritisation tool, hosted and kept up to date for you, with archiving (track how your priorities evolve over time), persistent storage (your work saves between sessions) and AI-assisted prioritisation (bring your own API key for intelligent suggestions as you build your pyramid). Activated by the licence key emailed to you on purchase.

- Documentation Pack – a Quick-Start Guide to get you productive in minutes, a comprehensive Instruction Manual covering every feature and workflow, and the Context Engineering Brief, a concise introduction to the methodology behind the prioritisation framework. Supplied as a download here.

- README – a short orientation to get you started, supplied as a download here.

- Licence – a perpetual single-user licence for your personal use, delivered as a key by email. Team or enterprise licensing is available on request.

Your data stays yours

Everything you enter is held privately in your browser, on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to CaroKahn or anyone else. You can export your data to a JSON file at any time as a backup, and import it to move between devices or browsers.

Already own the downloadable edition?

Before you switch, open your current copy and export your data to a JSON backup. Activate the hosted edition as above, then import that file and you are exactly where you left off. Do the export first – it is the one step that protects your existing work.

Your documentation and README arrive as instant downloads via Payhip, with backup links in your email receipt. Your licence key arrives separately by email the moment your order completes.
